When UV light harden gel, gel which is not harden always remains on the surface. It is called uncured gel. Cleaner is useful for wiping off uncured gel.

clear gel

gel seems something like a starch syrup.gel is a liquid which has hardness like a starch syrup.
It has less odor than manicure.
Transparent and colorless gel is called clear gel.
There is a kind of gel nail in pot like in this picture and another kind of gel nail in manicure bottle which is easy to use.

There are many kinds of gel such as base gel which paint on nails first and top gel which gives nails top coat of it ultimately.The names are different according to manufacturer of them.

Color gel

Colored clear gel is called color gel.It is a kind of  colored gel by pigment.There are many types of colored gel such as matte and pearl and glitter.They are necessary to gel nails.

Flat brush

A flat brush suits for painting gel with hardness like a starch syrup on nails uniformly.The tip of it is flat as its name suggests.
Do not use water to clean gel nail brush.Wipe gel brush clean with nail wipes soaked in ethanol and gel cleaner and keep brush with cap after use.As the sunlight can harden residues of gel on brush,be careful not to leave gel on brush.

UV light

uv light can harden gel.Many kinds of uv light are available for sale.It is good to buy the uv light by same manufacturer with gel.The time to harden gel is different according to wattage of uv light.Be careful to choose uv light of wattage suits to harden and polish your gel.
UV light is consumable.It is time to replace if it takes more time to harden gel and less polished gel than usual.
Life of light is half year to one year for personal use.
Recently,LED light which does not need to replace and harden gel faster is becoming popular.
